1. List the vehicles
List the types and quantities: straight trucks, tractors, trailers or RVs to assess. If only certain units need service, include their unit numbers. Your total fleet may differ from the vehicles actually available for the appointment.
2. Identify the right services
An exterior wash does not automatically include cab cleaning or roof snow removal. Describe each need separately. Photos can help explain heavy dirt or specific requests.
3. Describe the work area
Provide the exact yard address, even if it differs from your head office. Specify the entrance, contact person and access conditions. Identify traffic lanes and spaces that need to stay clear.
4. Plan vehicle availability
Tell us when vehicles return and depart. If your fleet is divided into groups, provide several time windows. Discuss important constraints before confirming the arrangements.
5. Review the proposal
Check which vehicles, services, prices and conditions are included. The service is arranged with the team; submitting a request alone does not book an appointment.
